At Greater West Design & Construction, we have completed a wide array of residential and heritage construction projects that span’s across the breathtaking Blue Mountains and the vibrant Greater Western Sydney. Over the years our dedicated team has been involved in building and renovating architecturally designed homes featured on the TV show Grand Designs Australia. We have also had the opportunity to work alongside leading heritage architects to restore many train stations scattered across the Blue Mountains and surrounding areas. Including the original Katoomba Train Station now know as Katoomba Station Goods Shed and the beautiful Tarana Train Station located a short 25 minute drive into the country side from Lithgow.

At Greater West Design and Construction, our dedicated team consists of young, hardworking, and highly skilled members who are passionate about their craft. Owner/Director - Sean Bartlett (centre)

  • Sean heads up our team as Owner/Director of Greater West Design & Construction with years of experience in building and renovating residential homes, alongside a passion for restoring heritage buildings. His expertise not only ensures high quality craftsmanship but also has a deep respect for the architectural history and personal significance of each and every project.

Tradesman - Heath (centre right)

  • Heath is our head tradesman and started with us in July 2022, with experience in residential and commercial building. Since joining us he has expanded his knowledge to now have many year’s of experience in not only residential and commercial but now heritage restoration projects. With a wealth of knowledge and experience Heath is on always on site ready to answer any questions you may have.

Tradesman - Jonno (centre left)

  • Jonno is our newest member of the team. Joining us in 2024, he came to us with a background in residential budding and bathroom renovations. Jonno’s work ethic and drive to complete our projects to the highest standards, on time and on budget is a huge asset to our team.

4th Year Apprentice Carpenter - Lukas (far left)

  • Lukas is our fourth year apprentice, starting his apprenticeship with us in 2022. Lukas’ eagerness to learn new skill’s and work on complex carpentry projects on heritage restoration projects has made him into a very skilful apprentice.

2nd Year Apprentice Carpenter - Ben (far right)

  • Ben is our second year apprentice, starting his apprenticeship with us in 2024. Ben’s willingness to learn and work hard on every project makes him a valuable member to the team.
